Overview

In a Scrum team, the Product Owner maximises value to customers and users by ensuring that valuable product features are released both frequently and regularly. The Product Owner role therefore can be both difficult and rewarding.

On this course you will learn how to be an effective Product Owner. Through a number of hands-on exercises and interactive learning experiences you will learn how to get stakeholders and the team excited about the product being developed. You will also learn how to effectively communicate what a product should do, and how to avoid common pitfalls experienced by product owners.

Who Should Attend

The Certified Scrum Product Owner training course will benefit people who are going to be a Product Owner, or interact with one or more Scrum teams. The course can also benefit team members who want to better understand the role of the Product Owner.

Requirements

The course will take two days to complete, and attendees are required to bring a laptop or other internet capable device. Internet access will be provided by the training venue.
